This is the chance to stop building someone else's business and start building your own. A protected territory of your own, a recession-resilient model built to scale, and a brand behind you from day one. In business for yourself — but not by yourself.
Opportunities are open across Canada, and we're coming to the US next. Every region below is a single-owner territory — drag the map, zoom in, and click a region to see the communities it covers and whether it's still open. Boundaries are finalised in your territory agreement, and we'll draw a new one for the right owner.
No territory matches that search. Call us — if it's on the map we'll find it, and if it isn't we'll draw it.
The territory map needs JavaScript. Without it, call 343-341-4417 or email service@buzzguard.ca and we'll send the current territory list.
The map couldn't load, so the full territory list is below. Call 343-341-4417 or email service@buzzguard.ca for the boundaries of any region.
Families protect their homes in every economy, and they come back season after season. That makes this a business you can grow in the good years and hold through the lean ones — and one that rewards owners who want to add trucks, add crews and add territories.
Customers renew year after year, so the value you create in your first season compounds into the next one. You're building equity, not chasing the next job.
A name customers trust, a wrapped fleet neighbours recognise, and a marketing system that hands you booked quotes instead of a phone book.
No storefront, no lease, no head-office payroll to carry. Your capital goes into growing the business instead of paying rent on it.
Exterminator licensing is a barrier to entry — and once you're through it, it keeps the weekend operators out of your territory.
One owner per territory. No other BuzzGuard truck quotes inside your boundary, and leads generated there route to you.
Head office carries the brand, the buying power, the software and the hard questions. You carry your territory. Nobody builds this alone.

You bring the drive. We bring the brand, the system and the support that turns a first season into a business worth owning.
Most owners go from enquiry to open for business in a single off-season, timed so training lands well before the spring rush.
Tell us which territory caught your eye and what you do now. We send the information pack the same week.
Half an hour on the phone. What the work really looks like in February and in July, what it costs to start, and what we expect from an owner.
You receive a franchise disclosure document and the statutory review period. Take it to your own lawyer and accountant — we'd think less of you if you didn't.
Boundaries confirmed on the map, agreement signed, and your region comes off the available list.
A week in Ottawa on equipment, product handling and quoting, alongside your provincial licensing and insurance paperwork.
Wrap goes on the truck, your service-area page goes live, and pre-season marketing starts filling the calendar before the first warm week.
We do what we love in service of those who love what we do — and we look for owners who feel the same. You do not need a pest control background. Our strongest owners came from landscaping, trades, lawn care, agriculture and the military.

The initial franchise fee, the equipment and vehicle package, and the working capital you'll want for a first season are all set out in the information pack and, in full, in the franchise disclosure document. We won't quote a number on a web page and then move it in a meeting — ask us and we'll send the real figures.
We don't publish earnings claims, and you should be wary of any franchise that does on its website. What we will do is show you the numbers behind our own operating territories during the disclosure process, so you can build your own projection with your own accountant.
No. You need to be able to obtain provincial exterminator licensing, which means training and an exam — we'll walk you through both. Most of our operators came from landscaping, trades or lawn care rather than pest control.
The spray season runs roughly May to October. Winter is renewals, pre-season marketing, equipment maintenance and, in most territories, rodent work — mice and rats move indoors precisely when mosquitoes stop flying. Some owners also run a complementary trade in the off-season, and we don't object.
Territories follow county and regional-municipality lines so there's never an argument about who a postal code belongs to. The map on this page reflects the current plan; the exact boundary and its legal description are confirmed in your territory agreement.
Tell us anyway. Territories get redrawn as regions fill in, existing owners occasionally sell, and knowing there's a qualified candidate waiting in a region changes how we plan the next season.
Eventually, yes — but not on day one. We award a second territory once the first one is running a full season's routes without you personally in the truck every day.
Tell us which region you're looking at and we'll send the information pack, then set up a call. Every enquiry is treated as confidential, and nothing you send commits you to anything.

This page is information about franchise opportunities, not an offer to sell a franchise. A franchise is offered only by a franchise disclosure document delivered in accordance with the applicable provincial legislation — including Ontario's Arthur Wishart Act (Franchise Disclosure), 2000 and Manitoba's Franchises Act — and only in provinces where BuzzGuard is registered or exempt. Territory boundaries and availability shown on the map are indicative and change as regions are awarded.
Territories across Canada are unclaimed today, with the US coming soon. Pick the one you'd build your future in and let's talk.
